Southern Home Additions, Inc.

This is the company the other sun room companies warn you about. I went with them because, their bid fit with the money the insurance company gave me. The tape in these photos is their 3rd try to get this right. The address on their contractor's license is fake. I sent 2 letters, both undeliverable. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and hire someone....anyone else.

We recently had a sun room added to our home by Southern Home Additions. They are a very professional and friendly group of contractors. Their Rep kept me in the loop and in the know thru every phase of the build. I have already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so. We are very pleased with the end product! I would like to let anyone know that is interested in an addition to their home that Southern Home Additions does a great job. I was very pleased. The men working on the addition were very polite, answered questions, and were very professional. The salesman was not pushy, the people in the office were very easy to deal with and kept me updated at all times. I wish they did other things beside additions, such as kitchens and bathrooms. I would be glad to hire them anytime.

I have had Southern Home Additions 10x12 Patio Enclosure for at least 11 to 12 years. The process started off rocky. The employee that laid our concrete wife passed away, so that delayed the process of our enclosure to be completed which was understood. The second thing was we had a roof leak and we was told by the owner that we could purchase the tape for 40 dollars after he came to our home and looked at it. We had to place the tape on the roof ourself. The second thing one layer of our vinyl siding outside the enclosure fell off and has now cracked. I called to inquire about the vinyl siding and the young lady said that it would cost me $200.00 for someone to come out and replace it. Everything in that order.
