"Just Call Paul" Where do I even begin... After purchasing our house in 2022 we found out, about 3 months later, that the previous owners had severely neglected the HVAC systems. We have 3 separate systems. I found Paul, believe it or not, on Facebook marketplace and after trying to schedule multiple HVAC companies, Paul was the first to respond and help get our upstairs unit cooling again. I had originally thought the worst and was thinking we were going to have to bite the bullet and purchase a whole new system. Paul came out, assessed the situation, and found the problem with our coil, and told me that it was fixable and that I didn't need a new system! After having two other HVAC companies try and fix my broken A/C, only to be told I would need to replace the unit, Southern Home Comfort came out and repaired the A/C! I actually called Southern Home Comfort to replace the unit, not diagnose the problem, since the other two companies had said I needed a new unit and SHC had the best price. The owner, Paul, insisted that he take a look at my existing unit to see if it could be repaired. He was able to repair the unit, saving me thousands of dollars! I am truly grateful to have found Southern Home Comfort, as Paul operates his business with integrity, professionalism and an upright character! He did a great job! I called Paul & he was over the next evening. He explained & took pictures of the couple parts I needed so I would understand my HVAC system. Very very nice man!! I felt bad for him BC he was still working @ 8pm. I would def.recommend this company to anyone no matter what size the job may be. I pray I dont have anymore problems but if I did I would only call Southern Home Comfort!!

I put a ton of phone calls in trying to hunt down someone to fix my issues, one message to Paul and he responded right away and he was also able to come the same day. I highly recommend Paul! Also another great thing is he had the parts needed in his truck! I will defiantly be recommending him to my customers and friends/family!

Paul did a great job assessing our issues and making a quick repair. Would definitely recommend!
