THRILLED!! I had our tub converted into a walk in shower. I was very pleased with the selection of product finishes during the sales presentation. The entire process was very easy and gave me a great deal of confidence in the project. On install day, when they completed everything, I saw my new shower. I was so happy that I hugged the man in charge. It looks even better than what I expected it to. I am thrilled with the end result. A huge investment, but I feel it is well spent.

The worker was very efficient. The work was done in a day and the end result was very satisfying. I was told that a standard length shower liner would be good enough but it was short and I had water on the floor. U would be better off with an 84in. curtain as apposed to a 72in. I lowered the bar and that worked and I'm 6'1 somebody a good bit taller will need an 84in.

Kevin described the products to be used and each step of the install in a manner which we clearly understood. The sales experience was NOT high pressure. The actual installation was done by "Casey". We can't say enough good things about him. He was fast, efficient and respectful.

I scheduled an appointment with Southern Industries about upgrading my master shower. Once the appointment was scheduled I’m very pleased to say that Kevin showed up on time and was well prepared for all of my questions. He showed me many different designs and after selecting all of my options I let him know that I couldn’t make a final decision until talking with my significant other. He told me he’d call back at 6:30. I contacted before then and he came back to discuss all the options again. In all conversations he was very professional and I enjoyed dealing with him.
