My property was repaired by Southern Insulation (SI) which became an awful ordeal. In August 2023 a water roof leak damaged my unit's left & center stairwell walls. In Oct, the HOA hired SI to remove these walls & provide abatement since a 3rd party company KEM found asbestos. Only upon request did SI provide floor plans for their work but mislabeled the containment's clean and dirty rooms. This immediately raised work quality concerns. The day before work was to commence, Mark Minor, the president of SI, tried to claim I called KEM to cancel the job. This was false and also didn't make any sense as the work was long overdue. Demolition began on Monday, 10/16 but SI removed just the center wall and a sliver of the left wall and removed the entire containment unit. We insisted he fulfill
