If I could give Southern Lawn and Construction negative five stars, I absolutely would. Quentin started off looking like a trustworthy guy — talked a good game, acted professional, even managed to get a little bit of work done in the beginning. And then? He vanished. Completely disappeared like a ghost. He stopped showing up, stopped responding, stopped answering calls or texts altogether. He still owes me materials and work that I paid for, and I can’t get him to communicate to save my life. I’m beyond annoyed — I’m furious. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. He owes me boxwood replacements, tall cypress trees, and black stone borders. Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the money. Do not hire this guy.
