Owning land in Oregon while living in California has made it difficult to stay on top of property maintenance. After several years of renting it out, the property had become extremely overgrown due to lack of upkeep by the tenant. I was referred to Southern Oregon Maintenance Services—and without a doubt, this has been the best referral I’ve received since owning the property. From the initial proposal to the final completion, every part of the experience was handled with professionalism. Their communication was clear and timely, the pricing was fair, and the quality of the work was outstanding. They transformed the property and made the entire process incredibly easy for me, even from out of state. I highly recommend them and truly appreciate the level of service they provided.

I have no words to sufficiently applaud Cody's work. On each occasion, he went beyond the call of duty and succeeded in making miracles happen. He is caring, thorough and doesn't hesitate before going the extra mile. He is absolutely amazing!

I cannot recommend Cody highly enough! We needed our overgrown lawn taken care of and he was able to get out there right away to take a look at the job and got it all taken care of for us and made it look amazing again in less than 24 hours (due to some incredibly lucky timing on my part). Communication was far beyond anything I've ever had with any other contractor in the area, if more people in the valley acted like this, life would be so much better. Incredible value for the quality of service provided! Will definitely be calling again if I ever need anything.

I have been working with Southern Oregon Maintenance Services for the past 3 years or so and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From continuous landscape maintenance and upgrades, to all my irrigation, tree work, pressure washing, and much more.
