I’m very disappointed with this power washing service. The job did not properly clean my townhome at all—there was still visible dirt, grime, and staining after they were finished. For the price paid, I expected a much more thorough result. It honestly looked like they rushed through the work without paying attention to detail. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a quality power wash

Southern Outdoor Restoration was hired by the HOA of my neighborhood. Their scope was to restore all of the sidewalks, curbs, and common concrete in our neighborhood, and there were optional add-ons which I took advantage of (driveway pressure washing). The neighborhood looks amazing with the work they did. The sidewalks were practically black they were so dirty. They didn't just power wash. They used scrubbers too, and the concrete trim around the neighborhood now looks brand new and really pops. My driveway looks brand new too. The pricing for the add-ons was very reasonable and my personal experience was that the company was very communicative. Any time I had a question or concern, there was an immediate response. I had a new patio door installed and contacted Steve Patrick,Senior Account Manager. He was very responsive . When the two gentlemen came to pressure wash the back of my condo, I had placed caution tape and they were extremely careful around my new door. I thought they had missed an area over my garage and they came back the following day, but the spot was gone. Apparently, it was a wet spot that had not dried. The three gentlemen were so polite and accommodating. I definitely would recommend Southern Outdoor Restoration!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Southern Outdoor Restoration deserves to be shared. I’m an HOA manager responsible for several large communities, so I rely on vendors who stand behind their work. We hired them for pressure washing and the results were beyond disappointing. There were obvious unwashed strips across multiple sidewalks and curbs. I sent clear photos of the missed areas to Tyler, the owner, expecting him to own the mistake and send a crew back. Instead, he blamed the rain expected the next day. In what world does rain that hasn't occurred create perfectly straight strips of unwashed concrete? The issue was clearly a lazy technician, yet Tyler became defensive and kept repeating that it was due to rain. No apology, and the date that was given for them to return

I live in an apartment complex who contract Southern Outdoor Restoration to re-stain our balcony decks. We were told in an email that no work would be done over the weekends, however in the schedule that was sent, there were weekend dates scheduled. We reached out to them to clarify, and they fixed the schedule on the webpage we were sent, however, it continued to be wrong in further emails we were sent until it was again pointed out. We were also told the work done would be dependent on weather. Since the weather report was iffy on the day my apartment was scheduled to be done (and in our history of living here with other contractors, we frequently are told one date and then it gets rescheduled), and we were working from home that day, we elected to wait until they came to our apartment
