INSANELY PREDATORY COMPANY… Wish I could give this place zero stars. My ex husband paid for one annual outdoor application to prevent pests in 2021, I have not contacted them through my own number. I did not care for their services after the one application, as I became aware of just how bad pesticides truly are on the environment and have gone for more natural ways to deter pests (catch crops, predator bugs, mosquito dunks). I changed my phone number in 2024, NEVER CALLING SOUTHERN PEST CONTROL WITH MY NEW NUMBER. I have been called THREE TIMES NOW ON A NUMBER THEY DID NOT HAVE for a property they have not been to in four years. If you’re that desperate for money, maybe try better ways of retaining customers than killing the environment. NEVER recommending this company to ANYONE.

Our usual technician is no longer with the company so we had a new guy, Dylan come out today. He was very nice and professional and seemed to be knowledgeable. He took his time discussing our needs and expectations (we have large, rowdy dogs!) and then got straight to work. I think he did a very thorough job. I’ll look to have him as my permanent technician going forward.

Xavier was the technician today for my termite inspection. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Alerted and showed me an area, in my mulch beds, that could be a potential problem in the future. Explained his findings and answered all my questions. Was very pleased with today’s service and highly recommend Southern Pest Control.

We have been with Southern Pest Control for 3 years now. They always keep their prices affordable and their technicians are amazing. We had an ant problem in the front of the house and they were able to resolve that to where it’s hasn’t been a problem for years now. We are grateful and renew every year to keep the place safe and critter free.

Have used this company for 5 years, since moving to Maryland. The entire crew we know is wonderful, honest, and efficient. Highly recommend!
