I had a full truckload delivery to make and when I parked on the side of the building a gentleman came out to help me untarp. That was a complete surprise. Very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation. As for delivering with a 18 wheeler, make your way to Martin Luther King Dr if possible. It is a One-way street. Make a left at Leonard Street and park next to their building which will be on your left. There is a place to park on the side. If another truck is there, go to the stop sign, make a left, and park across the street until there is room. There is overnight there across the street. I am not sure about Leonard Street. If you are a big rig, you will be unloaded in the middle of Leonard Street. When you leave, and wish to get back on I-10, take Davis Street North, go thru two traf

The guys on the hvac side are great, very knowledgeable with what they sell. Gary and Jon, you guys rock. They generally cared and made sure my needs were met and my problem was solved. They sold me what i needed and didnt just take my money. In todays times, i Can afford to spend money on parts i dont need and they understand that. They got me exactly what i needed to get my a/c unit fixed. Their customer service deserves 10 stars.
