Southern Post Construction

I purchased a home built by Southern Post Construction in McAllen, TX, owned by Charlie Cavazos, in November 2024. Since the purchase, I have experienced multiple issues that Mr. Cavazos has failed to address, despite a signed one-year warranty included in the purchase agreement. Based on my experience, Mr. Cavazos has shown a pattern of not standing behind his work. It appears that construction shortcuts were taken to cut costs and increase profit, including the use of substandard materials and questionable labor practices.
