This guy is in The left lane on the polk parkway with his phone in his hand goin 50 in 65. Unable to pass becuase he is in the passing lane, I honk at the fool and he brake checked me and continued to go slower the the Is semi truck to the right. Finally able to get around and he flicks me off. What a way to represent a company. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone this guy clearly doesn't care about people.

DO NOT USE!!! I have been having an electrical issue in my brand new home over 3 months now. This so happens to be the company that DR Horton uses for issues. Guy came out spent 1/2 the day in the house & nothing was fixed. Called them out again same guy came out & said another person would have to cut into our island to reword the issue (which is dishwasher/garbage disposal). A 3rd guy comes out switches out a breaker & leaves without running a full cycle, 1/2 way through dishwasher stops. I call the company back & speak to the “Owner” tell him everything which has occurred & he starts blaming me because his employee didn’t notate the issue. He basically says it’s my problem to deal with. Will reach out to our builders & let them know not to send out these unprofessional non-electricians

We just bought our new home within the last week or so and had several of the outlets not work. When I called and spoke to Rhonda she was rude and unprofessional not letting me get a word in before saying we need to go through the builders warranty. Which is fine, we understand that there is a process and have no issues following the process. However, I was not expecting to be meet with such nastiness and animosity when I simply called to explain our issue. Rhonda, you need to work on your professionalism and how you handle customer calls.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Casa Fresca has sent this company out to my house 3 times now to fix some electrical problems. Problem is still not fixed! The most recent guy I had was completely rude and unprofessional. How these people are even in business, I don't know.

Steve is an excellent electrician, very patient and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend his company to everyone and I will call upon him again as needed. Thank you, Steve!!!
