I can't recommend Southern Restoration enough! They fixed a major shower leak and subfloor issue for us, and the entire experience was stress-free. The team was professional, highly communicative, and the quality of work was even better than we imagined. Plus, their rates were very competitive. Southern Restoration was AMAZING when we had a hole in our roof during tropical storm Chantel in July 2025. They came out quickly (while juggling multiple Chapel Hill and Durham projects) and did a beautiful job "ripping and tearing" leaving very minimal mess and dust!! I was worried because we had blown in insulation and I know what a mess it can be. The team vacuumed as they cut and the dust was minimal. They did a beautiful, professional job of sealing off the areas they exposed and leaving straight lines. I'd never experienced anything like this before a but didn't expect it to be left so today, nice, and neat!
