I'm so disappointed with the attitudes that I had to deal with yesterday. I've not heard of this place, a friend told me to go check it out. I went there looking for a dishwasher and found one. I was fearful that it might not work, since you can't plug it up there and find out, so I asked the guy in charge of that area if I get home and find out it doesn't work then what can I do. He told me that I could bring it back and get a full return if I do it before the end of the week. When I registered, the lady told me that if I have a problem with it and I just don't wait 30-40 days then I can do the same. Those words stuck in my head so it gave me peace. Employees were very helpful as this was my first time buying something at this auction. selection seemed endless and i cant wait to come back. for any other first timers - this is an all day affair as i waited several hours for the auctioneers to get to the tile i wanted. bring snacks and a book. dress warm in the winter. bring cash as the auction fees are cheaper. be ready to wait patiently for anything and everything. research what you are bidding to make sure you are not paying too much compared to actual retail. Be ready to pick up your winnings day-of or the day after.
