I originally contacted this company for heat treatment for a bird Mite problem when the technician Andres arrived he said they did not to heat he said they used chemicals and that I was only using one of three chemicals necessary and wasn't applying it with a proper equipment. After the first two weeks treatments I saw Zero change in the problem. The Father Ray said that the son forgot to use the gas along with the chemicals mind you on the first treatment the sun forgot to treat the laundry room in my office and came back 2 days later to take care of it. After the third weeks treatment with both chemicals and gas there was still zero change to the problem and when I called Ray to ask for a partial refund for their time and product spent he said he would need to speak to the office and the

On September 13th, this company came out to address a termite issue at my home. They drilled holes throughout the entire house and filled them with foam to kill the termites, offering a 1-year guarantee on their work. They assured me they would return in three weeks (October 4th) to repair and seal all the holes and confirm the termites were gone. Not only have they failed to return, but the termites are still present. I’ve reached out multiple times — first to Ray, who originally sold me the service, and received complete radio silence. Then, three days ago, I contacted Jesus, who repeatedly promised that Ray would come out to finish the job. Yet again, no one has shown up. After looking further into the company’s reviews online, I discovered that this seems to be a recurring problem with

this place scammed me of 400 dollars, the stopped answering and never finished the job. Will be going to the police, I will keep you all posted editing my review: I do have a valid concern because I have been trying to contact you guys to finish the job and you haven't answered, but as soon as I leave a review you guys respond... interesting. My place STILL has fleas because you guys never continued with the treatment services you said you would. I have the screenshots and evidence. Police report will be filed unless you give me my refund.

I purchased a home and was provided an invoice from Southern Service Solutions to show the property had been treated for termites. 3 weeks after moving in I saw evidence of a swarm in the kitchen. I reached out to the owner who informed me he had no record of my address but asked I send him a copy of the invoice so he can determine who services the location. 12 days later no response to my countless calls. Not a company I would trust.

I looked up Homeadvisor for termite control services and saw Southern SS with high recommendations. I called them and they responded immediately. Came the next day for inspection,gave me a reasonable quote. Rene seemed like he knew what he was talking. explained me well the problem which I had been nudging my prior pest control people who had not paid much heed to it inspite of my questioning those areas:( . Rene and Ray came the next day ,very professional and thorough. There were a few real bad termite and formosa ant nests which they patiently and thoroughly handled. The work was way more than they had quoted the price for but they did all the work for a marginal extra amount. I am so glad I went ahead with this team. I highly highly recommend this company.
