I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Southern Services. When I called for AC maintenance, they quickly scheduled me in for the next day (and offered same day service if I needed it). Their technician was prompt, polite, kind, patient, worked quickly and did great work, communicated clearly and was all around fantastic. When I called them back out later for an AC issue, they came out immediately and the same technician got us up and running swiftly and with a smile the whole time. I think it’s also worth noting that I (a woman) was alone at the house with my kids when they came out and I felt very safe and comfortable with their tech. He was incredibly respectful. I highly recommend giving this company a call with any of your HVAC issues, you will not be disappointed.

Southern Services Technician Brennan Smith did a great job at repairing our AC system. He explained why the system was not working and what was necessary to fix it. He did a thorough job and got the system back up and running again. He was very knowledgeable and explained the necessary long-term steps that need to be done in the near future. Thank you, Brennan.

Southern services is the best! When our ac was on the fritz they came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem and got us up and running. It was one of the hottest days in July and they had the part in their truck. We have been using them for 6 years and recommend them highly!

I finally had to bite the bullet and put in a new AC System. At least Dillon kept the AC going for a few months but after 13 years it finally stopped. Dillon gave me a price on a new one and did the install. I can't say enough good things about Southern Service, they go out of there way to help the customer. Again, it was great service, honest and reliable. Dillon does a great job with customer relations, he is a local guy from Englewood. Times are tough for a lot of us but at least I know that Dillon is an honest and reliable guy. He has done a great job for me and I am a very satisfied customer.
