If there was an option to leave 0 stars, this is a company that deserves it!!! Never in my life have I dealt with more unprofessional and rude people. It blows my mind that they stay in business with these type of employees treating potential customers the way they do!!!
I needed an odd and a single wooden baluster. Seems no one makes it anymore. I called Jennifer at Southern Stairs since I remembered them from Charlotte. She was so kind to take my email and pictures and quickly respond back. Her service and attention was only to help me out as the sales amount would've been very little. Thank you!
If you want rude salespeople, wait 3 weeks for quotes, and never get a phone call back. This is the place for you!
I don't know how they stay in Business!!!??? They are Rude and very Disrespectful to their Employees!!! Don't bite the hand that feeds you. Money is all they care about.
