Would NOT recommend. Please read below. I needed to replace my aging MagicPak HVAC unit and water heater for my condo rental and was recommended Southglenn. Everything seemed great with their service until I ended up having an issue with a slow/constant water leak in the utility closet months later. I personally went to inspect the issue and found that Southglenn had put a larger diameter water heater in the tiny utility closet than what came out. The result of this was that the larger water heater and drain pan covered the floor drain where the AC condensate runs. Additionally, the installers damaged some of the skim coat concrete during installation. With the water from the condensate line now draining straight onto the floor (not into the drain, as before) the water made it's way into

Every time I've used Southglenn it's been a great experience. They are prompt, personable, do a good job and keep us informed. They provided pics and video of the recent repair issues as well as detailing the work so that I could submit the claim for HOA reimbursement.
