Southland Carpet And Flooring

We just used Southland Carpet this past month and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for great service, pricing and installation! When I went into the office, I was greeted by three people who were very helpful, not pushy, and offered great advice! I took a sample home to check coloring and when I came back that day, I knew I wanted to schedule. The installers were on time, very professional and very nice while they were working, they did a great job installing and cleaned up so good. I would highly recommend!

Working with Rainee and the Southland Carpet crew was an excellent experience. Rainee managed the process, helping my elderly father understand the options, and making great recommendations. I had carpet installed by Southland Carpet about five years ago and have experienced ongoing issues with the carpet lifting and not staying secured. What’s even more concerning is that my mother, who also used Southland Carpet, is having the exact same problem in her home. We live in different cities—Murrieta and San Marcos—so this does not appear to be a coincidence or an isolated issue. When we contacted Southland Carpet, we were told the problem was not their responsibility. I stated that we should not be charged for an issue that appears to be related to installation and mentioned that I would be leaving a review. We had a great experience with Southland from start to finish. Rainee was very helpful in helping us pick a flooring color. They have so many to choose from. Josh and Alan did an excellent job installing and they were fast. I am very picky and really want corners and transition areas to look seamless and they exceeded my expectations. Pictures don’t do it justice but we picked Provenza brand LVP in the color Naturally yours.

Working with Southland Carpet was a pleasure. The flooring - vinyl plank, carpeting and tile - are of high quality and look wonderful. Their workers for all three floorings are professional, pleasant and very hard workers. I had many questions and they were all answered quickly and professionally.
