From start to finish, the process was easy and smooth, which is saying everything when you think about all the hurricane damage that was being handled in the CSRA. From Dustin’s first visit soon after the storm, Kip’s evaluation, to Josh’s managing the project, and most certainly the hardworking men on the roof, all did their jobs exceedingly well. The repair blended in perfectly with the original shingles. We had peace of mind during the recent sleet and snow storms! We are so grateful to Southpaw Roofing! My experience with Southpaw Roofing was nothing short of excellent! From scheduling our installation to the final walkthrough after completion, the service was exceptional from start to finish. The crew that installed our new roof was timely, friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. They left our property spotless, and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. I had Southpaw look at our roof after Hurricane Helene. At the time we were just missing a few shingles. I asked if the repair was something I needed to handle right away. They gave me their honest answer, which lead me to holding off on the repair. The decision was simply due to other things going on at the time. About 8 months later I noticed that we started to have water marks on our ceiling. Southpaw came back out to look at the roof. At that time, I decided to have the work completed. They honored the original quote they gave me and even replaced a few shingles that were not damaged/missing during the original inspection. Overall the experience with Southpaw was top notch from the communication, scheduling and service. I highly recommend Southpaw for any roofing needs.
