I had a great experience with Southwest Heating and Cooling during my recent HVAC check-up. My technician, Micheal, did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. Micheal clearly explained the issues he found, walked me through what needed attention, and—best of all—worked to resolve everything the same day. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with real technical expertise, but he absolutely delivered.

Micheal was a very energetic and upbeat person who was a pleasure to talk to. He did a good job finding problems and fixing them. Very efficient.

Bridger came and cleaned and serviced my unit. He was so friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He didn’t mind that I asked him about a lot of different things and his answers made sense to me. He was truly the best. Thanks Southwest and Bridger for such great service! I will be back!
