I got quotes from a few companies and SDI had the best price for the work that they were going to complete. The team that came out was fast and super friendly. I had a lot of questions and they never made me feel like it was too many. The team was professional and timely. They completed the job in under a week and it looks amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them. From the time I accepted the quote until completion, the service has been great. I am excited to enjoy my new space!

After several bad experiences with other companies, we had a friend recommend SWDI to us for our rental property. We just needed a reliable company to mow, weed as needed and trim. The times we have gone to check on the property, we have found the service SWDI provided to be lacking care (damages to our property from string trimmers) and not thorough. We felt that because the property was vacant at the time, they were not taking the time or care to do a thorough job. Weeds 3 feet tall growing in the patio or in walkways, piles of leaves behind side gates to the backyard, and our irrigation was damaged, and we weren't well informed of the severity. I have used Southwest Desert Images for three separate jobs, so far. They are simply amazing ! Truly professional in every way ! All the workers were polite and respectful in spite of my many questions. When there was an issue after the job was completed, they worked to make it right. I big shout out to Jose who not only was very responsive to my concerns, but was an invaluable advisor on certain aspects of my requirements ! A great company, I would not use anyone else !

I love cathi, she is extremely knowledgeable ,courteous and professional, she has always been able to answer any questions we have and she knows the pool business like the back of her hand. That woman deserves a hefty raise. All I can say is if that lady ever leaves the company I will too.
