I needed to demo and old mobile and other tree debris. George and his team were amazing! Prices were great and they got it done so quickly. Left the property clean and decently graded. Huge fan. Will use again.

Longer version of our story: We had originally signed up with a different local demolition company, and they had pulled a demo permit for us, but had not informed us of all the prep work we would need to complete before demo. We contacted Southwest Destructors asking them to take down a large (20 x 16 ft) shed on our property. The shed was on the backside away from the street, surrounded by trees, very difficult to reach with equipment. We are also in an area where city permits are notoriously difficult to obtain. Ross Rathgeber came to look at the site, worked with us, writing a detailed proposal we could take to the city outlining how his company would actually hand carry the debris from our back yard to his trucks on the street. This was not a small task, by any means. His workers were on time, extremely efficient and left our property in great shape. The bill was very reasonable.
