Hardwood floor stores in Vegas are ubiquitous; it’s very difficult not to find one within a mile or two of each other. What is difficult to find is a store that provides professional products with even better customer support. You might say that all of products are the same anyways—they’re wood! And that’s the problem that consumers face today is the normalization of mediocre products and services. My experience with Southwest Hardwood Floors has been unique. The service and the products that they gave me were specifically tailored made for me. First of all, Jimmy told me that there’s another store that had the products that I wanted for a better price. He didn’t try to lie to me or sweet talk me into buying their products. I ended up buying something better at their store. They explained

They have the best wood floor selection of any of the 10 stores I looked at in town. They were incredibly helpful and allowed me to take home a bunch of samples. The owner spent time with me and was very knowledgeable and patient. Our floors have been installed for almost two years now, and they still look fantastic.

Went to look at some product for my contracting company i am employed with and only got bombarded with questions shouted from the woman working in the front. She was with a customer filling out paperwork when i arrived and started to look around the show room. She shouted over her customer and she began to ask what I needed. I told her i was just looking around (because i was sent to find a specific color) and she goes on to yell and tell me "this is a place not for retail only selling to distributors or contractors" extremely rude and because of the extreme attitude she was giving me i just left (even though my business has bought from SW hardwood before i will not be returning.). She single highhandedly lost me and my business as customers.
