Came home at 4 pm with no heat & 17 degrees outside. Called Southwest Heating & Kevin showed up within 2 hours & fixed our heat pump issue. Much appreciated for the fast & reliable service.

We have been customers of Southwest for over 20 years. We have been more than satisfied with their products and services. Any issue we have had has been addressed quickly even on a weekend or holiday. Everyone we have dealt with in the office or at our home has been courteous and professional. We recently purchased a new unit, and there was zero discussion about using anyone but Southwest to install it.
