Christian is a total pro! I appreciate that he is very detail- oriented and thorough! He replaced my 20-year-old water heater with tankless and even re-aligned the pipes to give me a lot more space! Great guy! Great job!

Brandon was fantastic! I didn’t know what to expect from Southwest. I took a chance from reading the reviews and reading about them on their website. My furnace was dead on a snowy Friday. I couldn’t find anyone who had been recommended to me to call me back. Finally in desperation on Saturday I looked online and decided to call Southwest Heating and Cooling. I received a call back from Brandon. He came to my house, analyzed the problem with my furnace right away. Found where the part he needed was available, picked it up came back and fixed my furnace. It wasn’t a cheap fix and I’m okay with that. It was a serious problem that couldn’t be patched up and left to get worse. I feel safe and I feel confident that my furnace is actually fixed. Just had a new furnace and heat pump installed. Everyone took their time and got the job done correctly and efficiently. Price was in line with other quotes I received. Very happy with the service I received.

Southwest was able to get Joe out within a half an hour which was greatly appreciated as we were headed out on vacation. The furnace was not working properly and an arctic freeze was on the way. Joe was able to get the repairs done while we were able to make our flight.
