Southwest HVAC

I have had an entire AC system installed by Southwest and from the beginning, it's been great. When dealing with any contractor many of us worry if we'll get what we're expecting and what we're told. My installation went as I had hoped and probably better. I've had two time when I have had to call for their follow up service and I have been more than satisfied again! No run around now that system has been installed. Still great service. I have called them out twice and both times there has been something replaced and absolutely nothing about cost to me. I have not paid a cent in those two visits because they back their warranty to you. I'm happy and highly recommend them.

Always great! Anytime we need anything we get an appointment ASAP and the technicians are always polite, fast, and friendly. Cost is reasonable and foe their outstanding service - the price is amazing! We had them install an entire system, ducts and all and have had 2 maintenance calls. 1 for a blown compressor fuse and 1 for the furnace igniter. Otherwise, smooth sailing and great service. Highly recommend!!!!

We had our 6-month inspection done by Erick from Southwest HVAC, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service he provided. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and very thorough. Erick took the time to explain everything he was checking, and he caught an important programming issue with our system that had been causing it to work harder than it needed to. He corrected it on the spot and walked me through how the update will improve efficiency and comfort. He also checked our filter, inspected both the indoor and outdoor units, and made sure all components were operating exactly as they should. On top of that, he explained the benefits of a surge protector and why it’s important for a communicating inverter system like ours. His explanations were helpful,

Southwest HVAC provided an excellent service - especially my technician Gio. He was a top notch Sr. technician. He thoroughly explained the issue, allowed me to watch, answered all my questions and also took the time to point out potential issues (i.e. sealing around vent in roof to prevent water damage). I would recommend this company to those looking to have their HVAC serviced.
