We just remodeled our bathroom, and the had cabinet specially made. Our contractor told us about Southwest interiors. My husband and I went and picked out our countertop and sink. Communications were extremely easy with this company. They replied via email and called. When we were ready for our countertop to be measured, they came out right when they were supposed to. And I got notification within a few days of the cost and installation date. It was not a very large job, but I was surprised how quickly they came out and installed. The two men that were here were Trent and Eric. They did a fine job finishing and installing the countertop and sink. Southwest Interiors are great to work with. We used this company for our countertops and master bathroom vanity top. Mackenzie was helpful in the warehouse from trying to pick a slab, going over the layout, to deciding on a bathroom sink. Trent and Jesse were great! They were very respectful. Southwest Interiors craftsmanship is excellent! Turnaround time from picking out the slab to installation was about 4 weeks, even during the holidays. We’re very happy with the work and product.

This is my second time using Southwest interiors and I continue to be beyond impressed. They have great transparent pricing and communciation. Trent and Sidney installed quartz today. They were right on time, professional, kind and did an incredible job. We will continue to come back for additional projects

Pros: - All staff besides Tyler are very nice and helpful. Cons: - I had to pay someone to complete the job despite paying thousands in installation. - They do not do things that should be included in new kitchen cabinet installation such as caulking around cabinets and crown molding where needed because of gaps/cracks. - They install cabinet doors and pulls crooked. - They do not put electrical outlet covers back on once tile is completed. - Fridge panel side is bowed out. This caused them to install it incorrectly due to the level showing a different reading depending on where on the panel it was placed. As a result, I had to pay someone to correct it. (see pictures)
