The best septic company i have ever dealt with in Durango (25 years ) Very responsive, came out the next day(Saturday) to take a look at our issue. Joe came up with a solid plan that made sense, and reassured me that that everything would be resolved...... and scheduled the work for monday! I cannot praise them enough, i had spent a week and a half with another company and was exhausted. The pricing is where it should be, normal!! I am so glad that i went with SW septic, its so hard to figure out who is going to do what you need, not charge you too much, and care about what they are doing...... And they really enjoyed doing the job, and educating me through out the entire job!

I've been in the area long enough to have many different companies service my septic tank. Working with Joe and Southwest Septic and Excavation has been by far the best experience. The price and service received is unbeatable. Not only did I get my tank pumped and inspected but Joe took the time to show me what to watch for so we don't end up with any crazy septic issues.

It was a pleasure to deal with tradespeople that are honest, hard working, knowledgeable and fair. With the crazy prices being thrown around these days I appreciated their reasonable rates. My issues were addressed quickly and with tenacity when they proved to be a little out of the ordinary. Joe really went out of his way to get my problems resolved and explained what he was doing along the way so I could learn as well. The only company that I will use for septic services. I've used SW Septic twice now for septic dumps and an inspection. Joe is very professional, he knows septic systems technically and is totally trustworthy. He will give you the lowest cost options if you are facing repairs.
