I deliver mail out of my personal vehicle. I came to Southwind Carpet to see about covering the gap in my fold down seats so that small parcels wouldn't fall into it. They were polite, professional, and hooked me up. They had exactly what needed! Thanks again!!!

I’ve installed over 100 click floors. I’ve never come across a product that was more difficult to put together and more brittle in tight spots. If you have a perfectly square room and only have to install one way, this brand should be fine. But if you have to go through multiple doors in multiple directions and even have to install as small as 40sf in the opposite direction … forget about it. This stuff is next to impossible and they use radically subpar material that is brittle where the floor clicks together. Telling every single customer from now on … if they insist on Southwind … find a different installer.

Bought the authentic plank glenhill oak for our entire house. I should of known something was off since had small blackish discoloration marks on most of board. Now 13 months later there are scratches all shiney spray marks all over must of floors. It's almost like the "diamondized coating is non existent. Had flooring installers come out and inspect. They told us was just build up from the way floors were cleaned. I used only approved ivp cleaning products bona and swiffer. Was given manufacturer instructions to use diluted ammonia to clean floors. All this did was make them look more dull and show scratches and spots even more. Spent over $14,000 on what we thought was high end flooring and was way worse than what we replaced.
