This company is evidently out of business. In July and August, 2023, I tried to contact Southworth Electrical multiple times for a problem with our Kohler whole-house generator, via telephone, messages on their web site, emails, and through Kohler, and never received any response. I can only assume the company is no longer in business.
Useless. Install and ignore. Worse than ignore actually, Kevin will insult you when you ask for help when of their installations go wrong. Avoid at all costs
Extremely responsive and professional. The office always responds to your calls. That is extremely rare to find for an electrician in this area. We highly recommend Southworth
