The payment machine doesn't list the prices for the four time categories. Apparently, "12 hours" somehow costs more than "all day." Neither the machine nor the ticket itself tells you to leave the ticket on your dashboard, which you need to do. It also has some of the narrowest parking spots I've ever encountered in a paid lot. So: opaque pricing, opaque policies, narrow spots. That's three strikes. On the plus side, they're usually not full.

On Sunday, May 16th, 2021, I was heading to brunch with a close friend and needed a place to park and this was one of the closer garages. When I pulled into the garage, there was no attendant in their booth to valet, despite the sign stating to leave your key in your vehicle. I waited for about 10 minutes and then I parked the vehicle myself in an unmarked spot in the garage and would just pay when I returned to leave. Upon returning, there was still no attendant available. So, I walked to my vehicle with my friend. As we got to the car, another car pulls up in front of mine blocking my way out. The attendant has finally decided to make an appearance and proceeds to tell me that they only take cash, despite there being signs that say they take major card companies. So, my friend and I star

Do not park here. I paid by machine and had receiot. The person running it last night would not release my car to me until I paid him. The people in front of me paid on app and he did same thing. Very sleezy.

The attendant was the most unbelievably awesome guy that I have ever met! He took exceptional care of me and my pickup truck.

Everything went smoothly. What else can I say about this place. Oh, I booked online through that NYC best parking app - and there's no reception inside, gotta go out to the street.
