Throughly enjoyed late lunch. Calamari was perfectly prepared. Wagyu steak was fork tender complimented by brussel sprouts cooked to perfection and lobster mac and cheese

Marek N. represents the best of SP+. He takes ownership of the facilities he manages to ensure they are kept in great condition for the tenants and customers.

I parked at a garage owned by SP+ (which I have a parking permit to park in) back in January. Two months later I get a notice from a debt collector for an unpaid parking violation which I never knew about. Apparently someone from SP+ gave me a parking ticket and never gave me notice, awareness, or ever put a ticket on my car the night I parked. Not once did SP+ attempt to contact me or send me any written communication. Now I’m having to battle disputing this so it doesn’t affect my credit! Worst parking garage ever!

I had an eye appointment and entered the wrong parking deck. Since my doctor validates parking, I exited as soon as I realized my error. Unfortunately, I was charged a fee to exit even though I didn't park. The attendant couldn't assist as he said the system was automated. He was very condescending and repeated himself over and over as if I was unable to understand him. He never offered a solution. I eventually paid the fee but called the manager. I got his voicemail and left a message requesting a call back. It's been 8 days and no call was received. I will never park in this deck again due to the bad customer service and I will tell all of my friends, social media contacts, and coworkers at a large uptown office to avoid this parking deck. I gave this one star because zero was not an opt

Dont park here. Got a letter for $75 from a debt collector? Have no recollection of using this parking deck but if I did im sure I paid to get out or had validated parking. Haven't heard anything about this until now seems extremely sketchy.
