SP+ Parking @ 342 North Rampart Street

Very bad way to start the beginning of a most amazing super great awesome day in Nola..but these parking places need improvement. Service non existent to say the least... Way over priced but the rest of the experience was amazing. Nola is an amazing place highly recommend.

Worse experience ever and poor customer service! ! We paid for 3 hours of parking time and the ticket printed out 1 hour.. we put a 20 dollar bill in the machine and turned around to get a 10 dollar bill, because the machine don't give us change .. and the machine went completely blank so we thought it would pick up where we left off and surprisingly (not really ) it started us over! While we were walking away a guy told us it can be traced for our lot number, believing that, we left our car came back within the 3 hours of purchase time and there was 2 boots on our car .. still not mad at this point because I'm thinking they could trace it.. I called the number on the ticket and the guy who booted it came back saying it was 140 to remove it and there was no way he could trace our transac

This lot was convenient to park at without having to drive closer to the people and traffic on Burton street. It had lots of trash and glass and was $20 for a few hours or $30 for 10 hours.

Spot was convenient, but lot had broken glass and trash. When lot was full, it was practically impossible to pull your car out.

Not free - you have to pay. Only accept credit cards at machine Little bit of a walk to the action but not bad.
