Garage uses bait and switch practices to lure customers. Booked parking on Spot hero where it requires you to input your vehicle make and model. During check out (after I put in my vehicle make and model) the price was like $40. Then, my card was charged $60 and when I got the receipt there was an extra $20 for an oversize vehicle fee. Complete bait and switch. Why wasnt that fee included during the check out since you knew I had an SUV then? Also, the garage is so damn big with high ceilings, large spaces and two way traffic how can you consider an SUV be an oversize vehicle? You charge an oversize vehicle fee when you have small garage and the car takes up more than a normal share of room.

It was affordable! We paid $40 on a Sunday for 3 hours. A lot of parking garages in the area charge about $50-60 for that amount of time. It’s attached to the American Museum of Natural History, but you have to exit the garage completely to enter the museum. It’s a short walk, maybe 2 minutes. It’s a self park garage. You get a ticket when you enter and you just have to pay that ticket at a machine inside the garage when you’re ready to leave. There are pay stations on every floor.

After a great day at the American Museum of Natural History, I paid for parking and had both a receipt and proof of the charge on my phone. When I tried to leave, the attendants and the on-duty manager insisted I hadn’t paid — even after I showed clear evidence of the transaction. They refused to acknowledge it and kept demanding I pay again. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it felt like a coordinated hustle. Judging by how confidently they pushed it, I’m sure other customers have been pressured into double-paying too. Luckily, my bank stepped in and refunded me, but this kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. SP+ needs to audit this location, review the security footage, and take immediate action against whoever is running these shady practices. This is not just poor service — it’

Paid $65 to reserve a spot and the garage was closed due to capacity when I got there. The only reason they're not getting one star is because they issued me a refund.

ARK AT YOUR OWN RISK! I agree with the review below as I had the same thing happen to me. Turned over a brand new COMPLETELY undamaged vehicle to the "valet". Went to the museum for the afternoon. When I went to pick up the car I immediately saw the damage when the same "valet" pulled the car up. I brought it to his attention and without any hesitation on his part I got the "that was already there" line. After several minutes of arguing over the damage including w/ a manager I finally got yet another manager to issue an incident report. However, their claims department denied it because, you guessed it, they deemed it to be pre-exising damage. A simple review of any one of the 5000 cameras would show otherwise when I entered the garage. But I guess that's asking too much and it's easier fo
