Customer service warrants review/improvement. I would also suggest operational review due to legal liability in citation issuance. I received a notice in the mail regarding a citation my daughter who is a part time resident of Volusia County thus a pass holder. Her vehicle is registered to me out of State. The notice was a heavy worded Citation Past Due notice for $32. She did receive a citation and went to Volusia County parking office to resolve. She was told at that time the citation must have canceled due to her permit and to disregard. Upon looking up the citation number, I observed photographs of the vehicle parked in the described lot which I never contested. The photographs do not show a citation on the windshield.
