Look elsewhere, there are reasons the reviews are so low! This company operates out of the Renaissance, Hilton and Embassy lots ... beware. We started calling at 7 am when we disembarked Jewel of The Seas, the calls went to voice mail. When we did connect with someone around 7:30 am we was told the shuttle was on the way. Around 8 am several people got an Uber and the driver showed up about 5 minutes later. We waited over an hour for the shuttle! There is definitely a language barrier and the driver does not practice safe driving. He nearly clipped a SUV that was parked in the wrong. He took corners like a NASCAR driver and blocked a roadway when the gates wouldn't open. If 0/5 stars were possible I wouldn't think twice of giving it
