SP+ Parking

This is by far one of the WORST parking and shuttle services I’ve ever experienced! I waited over an hour and a half for the shuttle to show up, and when it finally did, the driver had the worst attitude imaginable. When I asked why they were so late, he actually said, “Don’t cry like a little girl — or get your Uber!” Absolutely unbelievable! Totally unprofessional, rude, and careless. I’ll never use this place again, and I highly recommend everyone else stay far away.

No Shuttle for over an hour and 45 minutes!!!!! I waited at the designated pickup spot for the shuttles for about 40 minutes before I decided to simply hike the 40 minutes to the parking garage. All while the shuttle driver was was outside the actual shuttle, no care for time, texting away, lost in his own world. He didn't even notice me taking the pictures from so close ... NEVER AGAIN ! Truth: The walk was not the issue, I've done similar ones and more. Just a straight shot down century Blvd for 40-45 mins. The reason that is tipped me over the top was the drivers actions or lack of actions. Him not caring that multiple customers were stranded at LAX waiting on him.

Worst shuttle driver.. Took about 15 mins break when there is already another shuttle driver ready to go like in 10 mins… He was being rude to the customer. Smoking when there is baby. Didn’t even offer to help with luggage. Another shuttle from other company 405 parking got there after him and left before him.. because they are not lazy and kept doing rounds. It was cheaper but I would rather have better experience with nice worker than crappy driver. Work on your customer service. Or hire a better driver. Only started being nice to people when they tip him..

Horrible , spend a little more and avoid the stress. Parking is crowded and cars are double parked as they over book. Shuttle oh man that’s non existent, waited an hour and had to pay $45 for an uber and walk with my luggage all over lax to get to this parking. Driver was just chilling on their phone in their car and shuttle are empty.

The price is very competitive. The shuttle takes forever and makes several other pick ups before getting to airport. If tight on time take Uber instead.
