$41 parking is a total rip off, parking price not clearly advertised and once they tell you the ridiculous price it's too late to get out. It takes 40 minutes to get out of the garage. Just walk a few minutes down the road you can get free parking or pay a few dollars and get in / out without waiting for forever.
I was charged $45 for parking after having my parking validated from a restaurant in the area. The app did not let me check out, therefore claimed that I parked overnight. I loved this place but will never be going back to this area because of this parking situation. AVOID PARKING HERE AT ALL COSTS (even if you have validation you will be charged the full amount, which is absurdly expensive for such a mediocre shopping/dining center).
Paid 42 dollars to sit here and wait for 45+ minutes such an wonderful experience guys thank you for scamming me. if you’re gonna make us pay a premium make the experience premium.
(Reupload because either google or these company deleted original review) These people robbed me and a bunch of people of 45 dollars on October 9th. And the people working don't have the audacity to answer my calls, I tried disputing with my bank and I still couldn't get my money back, you guys are absolutely terrible.
Even 1 star is too much. Pathetic. Takes an hour to get out of the lot after a concert because of inept staff. $40 for this crap.
