I work for an emergency roadside assistance service, attendant refused to open the gate preventing me from accessing a stranded customer with my work vehicle. I asked him nicely many times and informed him we are authorized police towing and he still refused my access to the garage. Attendant insisted either pay for a day or, park outside and bring my equipment up by hand. I have been to many parking garages and have never been prevented from accessing a stranded vehicle. Very dissatisfied.
