Experienced Very poor customer service from a disgruntled employee and manager on duty on November 28, 2025, At or around 8:30am when the middle gate was inoperable and parking vouchers didn’t work.
Prices are hiked. And inaccurate online or they are price gouging. The special event price for lost tickets is not 24, its 102, more than 4x.
Prices went up and it’s not the same price as online. It’s $10 more! Parking here is outrageous. Price gouging
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is poorly managed at night, they close the exit that is 9 ft at night so if you have a truck or a van good luck getting out. Our car plus another car were forced to go to the 6t exit but they had mental bars that hanged even lower. We had to drive so slow but we really thought we were going to lose our roof. Who advertise it being over 9 ft when it’s different sizing throughout and then you proceed to close the exit???
If you come to charge your Tesla you will pay an extra $5.00 for parking.
