I have placed a review on Monday, it has been removed. This place is so to speak not only a big scam, they remove the evidence as well. The manager Jorge is extremely arrogant, they simply force you to pay 28 dollar above the already paid amount. Now, when someone tells you everything is fine, even if you ask repeatedly if any extra charges come and the answer is "no"... it is a huge scam if you are still being charged. There is a word for that called stealing. These people are frauds, and simply stay away.

I’ve parked here a few times without issue, but I’ve never experienced anything I’m experiencing right now. An enormous crowd of cars waiting to get in (it took us 30 minutes of waiting to get the car parked on arrival) and now trying to retrieve the car is an even bigger nightmare. Massive crowd, disorganization, nobody can tell us how long it’ll take. We’ve been waiting for 40 minutes already and the attendant told me they’re short staffed and one of the elevators is broken. Completely unacceptable. It’s totally ruined our day trip to the city, never again. Management- you’ve totally dropped the ball here. Either you shouldn’t be accepting so many reservations with these issues, or should warn customers in advance of these ridiculous 1+ hour wait to retrieve your vehicle.

Juan, at the 200 Park Ave location is great. I had an issue regarding a lost receipt from a month and a half earlier. Juan was super friendly, very professional and quickly helped me correct my issue.

The person I interacted with was very rude and disrespectful. Terrible wait times to retrieve the car. The “request vehicle” option available through the link in the text message they sent with the confirmation is useless as rudely confirmed by the staff. What is the point of giving this option if it’s not working as intended? Especially, when you keep getting texts saying that your request to retrieve the vehicle went through and even gives you a specific time when it will be ready. Also, on top of that, for whatever reason, I was getting text messages that my request for the car retrieval (with my plate number) went through on the days I didn’t even park there, nor requested my vehicle.

Good rates if you can manage to get a voucher, but the wait time to retrieve your car is pathetic.
