While exiting the parking lot at the Sonoma County Airport we encountered an arrogant, disrespectful, entitled employee, JAUNITA. The ticket machine had been down and Juanita was called to assist. While we were approaching to exit, she slammed her hand on the hood of my car, yelling STOP STOP STOP… where I had barely moved an inch. She then continued to scream at me and my family with a condescending tone telling us how she wasn’t going to let us go because we didn’t give her the ticket. I told her why she was yelling at me, and she said because I was about to run through the gate… also not true. I gave her the ticket, and told her to do her job in assisting rather than arguing.
