The worst experience in the world, the ticket machine was broken and the sign said that the credit card served as a ticket... when the guard came out it said security he treated us like thieves because we didn’t have the supposed “ticket” and he charged us much more because supposedly “we lost the ticket” when the machine didn’t give it in the first place. It is incredible and unfortunate with a hotel with so much “prestige” they are such low and despicable scammers, considering that it was the machine that gave the problem. It should be emphasized that although the machine did not give the ticket, as soon as we put the card the gate opened, and it never provided the ticket

Parking itself was fine. But $15 for just one hour??? That's highway robbery! That should be illegal. I could park all day for that much in most of the garages around.

Easy to find. Not too crazy pricing compared to others in chanelside

It's more than a 1/4 Mile from the arena.
