The owner will personally help you out. They have delivery for hot tubs and swim spa. They do repair work for all items still under warranty. Jeff is the owner. He is knowledgeable and polite. Jenny works as a store manager. She is very polite and sincere with her help. I would recommend buying any spa related item from them. They back what they sell and charge a very fair amount for all of their products. They do not try to upset or convince customers they need extra items that are not necessary. The atmosphere is friendly and up to date on the latest technology.

Jeff and his team are the best at what they do, from helping to pick out the perfect spa to making calls on something not working correctly, they go above and beyond for their customers who are like family to them.

I came in with so many questions, they were so patient with me and answered every one of them! They are very knowledgeable and truly care about the client. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The folks at Spa City were great. Got the tub we wanted with more features and less expensive than their local competition delivered and hooked up within a couple days. When the cover that would have come with the tub was not going to work where we wanted it, Spa City went the extra mile and brought one that would work, ordered us a new one that fits perfectly and delivered and installed it at no charge.

They have a good selection of spa's and the delivery / set up went very smooth. I buy my supply's there as well and always take time to checkout the new models! I always enjoy my visit to Spa City!
