Space City Septic Service

Rick the owner charged me $400 (the day before Christmas as my rental house was backed up) to clean my septic tank this time instead of $300 which he did 1 week ago. He said it is because of the waste is overflowing. He also made me to pay him before he did the job over the phone and asked me to send him my credit card information over the phone because he couldn't catch my name while I was driving to my rental to pay him in person and talking to him. It is not professional and ethic at all. I was so mad at him even my tenant who was standing by him at my rental house couldn't believe what he did to me! It was so wrong!!! He was threatening me not to do the job if I don't pay him first!.

Done an excellent job cleaning out my tank, that I didn’t even know existed! I’ve lived in my house 5 yrs and the previous owners had no knowledge of it either. When we raised the lid it was packed solid and had roots all in it….when he left the tank was empty and he sold me products to help maintain it off his truck. Excellent service, satisfied customer.
