Space Express Moving & Storage

There were several things that were not clearly communicated upfront. When I spoke with them over the phone, they never mentioned that they would not carry bags of clothes, wheeled carts, or similar items unless everything was placed inside boxes—which then allowed them to charge $25 per box. In addition, they charged $60 per TV. A week later, while checking my dresser because one of the drawers was off track, I discovered that the drawer rail inside had been broken by the movers. Unfortunately, due to the lack of transparency, the unexpected additional charges, and the damage to my furniture, I will not be using their services again. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!! The price quoted is really cheap, but you get what you pay for. When my items arrived to my new apartment, my entertainment table was completely destroyed. Once I plugged my 65" tv in after mounting it, I realized the screen was completely shattered. When I was opening the boxes, cockroaches were crawling out of some of them. They did not handle my belongings with any care at all. I was only offered $70 to replace my tv and entertainment table. Beware if you decide to use them. Attached are photos of some of the damage.

Great experience! The movers were efficient, professional, and handled everything smoothly. The whole process was quick and stress-free. This is the second time I’ve used them, I Highly recommend this company.

We just finished our moving experience with space Express moving and storage. Andrii and his partner did a fantastic job. Everything was taken care of very professionally.
