Avoid at all costs. Huge scam. Visitor center said it would be $10 by scanning their QR code but they charged us $42 for 2 hours on an empty Saturday. Their customer service refused to help. Never park here.

1hr of parking cost me $44! No sign I could see saying they didn't charge by the hour. Just misleading signs saying "just drive in" and "just drive out" then they slap you with a truly extortionate rate

Do not park here. Friday they charged me $12.99 for 1 hour 11 minutes which is good. The next day they charged me $42 for 1 hour 30 minutes. So $30 for 19 more minutes.

I had validated (free) parking for 2 hrs. Had trouble getting out so in total I was in the garage for 2 hr 3 min. For the 3 minutes they charged me $21!! I reached out to Metropolis assuming this was a mistake and received a really rude response from Mateo. Shocked by this entire interaction tbh.
