From start to finish, Alex was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and on schedule. The quality of the work was top-notch, and it was clear that Alex genuinely cared about doing the job right and keeping us informed every step of the way. I would absolutely work with Alex again.

My husband and I are very happy with this company from start to finish. Jason was very responsive by quickly inspecting our roof and sending the quote. Once our decision was made to hire Spann, they were able to start the job the following week. We had an active leak, so I was thrilled. After the job was complete, Dave Brodowski, the operations manager, saw things he wasn't happy with and had the crew come back. This was after we received the final bill!
