Sparkling Pools And Pressure Cleaning

I bought my house in May and was using this company because the previous owner did. They typically have done an amazing job and the techs come on time, but on 12/23 I could not figure out how to get the heater on because I’ve never used it since I just bought this house. The tech came out and told me I needed to turn some handles on the PVC pipes and that’s where I thought it was done. Then I get a bill for $408 saying that I needed a new sensor and that it was replaced. The tech never showed me the old sensor and never said he was going to replace it or the cost. He just did it on his own. When I contacted them, I got nothing but harassment and condescending comments that I was lucky they came out. This is completely unacceptable business behavior.

Used them for several years. Tech seemed to do the absolute minimum every cleaning. Noticed over the last several months that the tech had skipped 4 weeks worth of cleaning over a 6 month period. That was enough to decide to swap to another company. Would not recommend.

These guys are great. NOT. They got me to green water twice. With a weekly service they came once every two weeks. While trying to work with them all I got was trash talk. Would not recommend them or use them.
