We recently hired Sparks By Rabbit for a major job: they performed a heavy-up and brought our old house's Edison-era wiring into the 21st century, including installing new outlets where none had been, removed old fluorescent bulb fixtures (replaced with slim can lights), installed electric to replace all gas fixtures, a new dedicated circuit for reptile enclosures, and general internal rewiring (including pig-tailing). From start to finish, the experience was great. The entire crew (Neil, Jacob & Max) were professional, prompt, and highly knowledgeable. Neil recently replaced our water heater timer, removed our doorbell transformer, checked several outlets, and replaced an old light switch. I added the light switch at the last minute, and Neil was kind enough to make an extra trip to get the part and complete the job. All work was performed professionally and efficiently. The cleanup was perfect, with old parts neatly organized and boxed, and Neil took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. I highly recommend Sparks by Rabbit for any electrical needs.

I called 2 other electrical services first, slow response and delays in providing needed help! I called Neil at Sparks By Rabbit and he provided professional input to my problem over the phone. I had installed a new replacement GFCI SWITCH near my kitchen sink; however, I did not like what I saw for wiring inside junction box. Neil agreed to come and check it out. He was at my house within the hour. He checked the wiring and found 2 burned wire nuts on internal connections and fixed both problems immediately. He also looked at breaker box and provided professional details of some improvements. His price for handling my emergency was very reasonable!
